Quick Look At The Party Of The Worker: Communists

I'm going to take a quick shift from the Nazi line of reasoning, since the ostriches seem determined to compare it with conservatism. So let's examine Communism, the party of the "worker" which I believe most liberals would identify themselves with. The first question to ask must be: do you think that communism is a good thing? If you do, then reading further is pointless because you actually believe that communism is way to go. However, if you think that the 100 million + people that have been slaughtered under communist regimes, which makes what those "right wing imperialist Nazi's" look like amateurs, is a bad thing, perhaps there is hope for you yet.

The foundational principle of Marxism is that the evil capitalists profit from the working man while keeping him in perpetual servitude to industry. I hear a lot of that same kind of rhetoric coming from the left these days, especially in reference to the healthcare debate. If that is true, then why are there more self-made millionaires in this country than any other? Wouldn't the evil capitalist have kept the "workers" from raising their station in life? If this is true, why do people in the "glorious" communist countries risk everything to escape and come to America? Don't those countries have everything the left is clamoring for: universal healthcare, education, regulation of industry, gun control?

I will once again ask if you feel that communism is a form of government that we should adopt here in the United States? If it is, you are about to get your wish. If it isn't, then wake up to reality. It is coming.

These are a few of the foundational principles of communism. Take note of which ones are already law in the US.

1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes. (working on it)
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. (Got that)
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance. (In congress right now)
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. (Working on it)
5. Centralization of credit in the banks of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly. (Done, its call the Federal Reserve)
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state. (Well on the way)
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state (Yep, got that one started)
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies. (Proposed mandatory national civilian army)
9. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. (Done)

One more that Marx didn't put in but has been practiced by every Fascist and Communist regime: gun control. Every single one. How many died when the people could no longer defend themselves against tyranny? The jury is still out, but its well over 150 million. How about we don't add US citizens to that number.

The truth is, most of the world lives on $1 a day. A day. Yet here we consider anyone living on less than $20,000 to be in almost poverty, and proceed to give them government handouts funded by the rest of society. Why is it that even our "poor" are massively wealthy compared to most of the world? Why is our standard of living the envy of the world? I know the vast majority of you ostriches that are calling for these changes haven't even visited Eastern Europe and see the devastation caused by Communism. Americans on both sides continue to smugly sit back and argue about theoretical concepts, that have already failed around the world, saying that wouldn't happen here, we are to enlightened.  Can anyone out there name ONE society that has adopted communist ideology, and not become a totalitarian dictatorship? Get back to me when you've got an answer. You'll be looking for awhile.
